Always amazes me the lengths some will go through to justify to their peers why they are responding to someone they have put on 'ignore' so they can remain popular. Facts are that most suffer from 'FOMO' and just can't keep someone on ignore for long. FOMO = Fear of missing out.

All shares are owned by someone. There are no shares that reside simply in space.

The Creditors are not interested in swapping debt for equity in an entity that has no assets. They are better off taking the write off for the debt the has not been repaid though the cancellation of debt.
