Elite Group Inc has signed a letter of intent to acquire a majority interest in Rising7 Logistics. Rising7 has $4 million in revenue and will compliment Elite ’ s other business in the Permian Basin.



This is from 8k in April 2018.


Have they released any financial data since this?

I like this ticker a lot for a 1.
It could sit here forever I guess, but it already has for a long time so the clock is ticking in a good direction.
