Gasparino's impact Tweet was issued at 3:09 PM and was reported by stckpkr7000 @ 3:11 PM on this board. This was what turned the S/P green, as was noted by Rick N, just minutes later.

For once, Gasparino actually helped common shareholders out.

Yesterday's share action was clearly manipulated, as was supported numerous times here throughout the session. As I stated, JPS will hold until en banc ruling, then likely rotate to commons if award is small or nil, or if appeal is filed.

Commons remain the better play, IMO.
