No......Howard, QT has nothing to do with that. Through this entire process, Services have been payed to a company that is the middle man... "so to speak". Many of us know full well, that QT, has bitter feelings about the path IPKL has taken. Understandably so...........
No doubt in my mind, that they,(Whomever), would want to rain on IPKL'S parade. The company that has been the go between, for services rendered, has no intentions, what so ever of holding stock for any other reason that is remotely associated with taking a profit. What they are in business for, is for one reason........................ And one reason only......Services rendered............. I'm no expert,
but I have a pretty good idea on this.
You have...A#1 QT selling a stake, or the go between selling through BRGE. For services rendered. No doubt.
