Because its a proven scam with 30 Billion O/S 60 Billion A/S and another 100+ Billion already issued for 50% off the lowest 52 week closing price incurring 10% interest.

Fact: AG's revenue this year is less then the interest incurring on their outstanding debentures.. Now that just screams toxic scam..
