Technical analysis and chart is your friend here, without dilution of course.

1) SMA(8) is at $0.0028 which is working as a support.

2) Upper BB is at $0.0043 and it is struggling right there.

3) Once it gets over the upper BB then it will face a slight resistance at SMA(50)= $0.0048 not much as the upper BB is so close to the SMA(50).

4) Once above SMA(50), it will move up fast to takeout the recent high of $0.0082 which is the next level of resistance.

5) Without dilution, once it takes out the recent high technically it should shoot for SMA(200)=0.1316 next.

If we get some good updates with such low OS, all this can happen in a week time.
