Imo, it's pointless to wonder why the pps is the way it is in almost any stock in the pinks. You must just find your entry and live with your choices of what happens. (One opinion of a million).

There are so many masked factors at play in penny stocks.

At the same time, the company has a lot to do in regard to launching a fresh slate at the right time this summer. They're not going to release fud to their investors and continue being late and working out kinks. Point being, they may as well not do anything until they're ready to do it all right from there on.

I for one like that we don't have to watch them stumble through whatever has happened. They're dealing with it and maintaining high revenues for whatever the SS ends up being.

At this point I'd expect a well oiled machine to arise with a suitable process at becoming reporting and transparent.
