Sir: I agree with you completely, and there are many others who do also. You raise issues too long either not taken sufficiently seriously or even ignored.
I also have a substantial equity stake (not nearly as large as some) in this company, and very much want to see it thrive. But to do this, IMHO, the management needed to be changed because what might have been reasonable management for a start-up may not be for a company that is trying to move a product to market. Totally different skill sets are required. Happens all the time this way in the biotech world. But let us see what happens over the next very few weeks.
