On July 9, 2019, an Amendment was made to the Articles of Incorporation. It shows a share exchange agreement between Larry McCallister and Native American Pride Constructors LLC (NAPC) to acquire a 51% stake in Enviroserv Pest Management Services Inc. on July 3, 2019.
