I noticed this has been getting very light vol over past few trading session .. has a nice ss that was recently updated on OTC, nice website, current pinkie & current filings .. I wrote to the company for an update the other day .. they didn't give me much information but at least they are responding to shareholders .. this was their response ..

We are not able to share anything that is not publicly available, however, I can assure you that we are working to bring about the necessary changes to the company. Our number 1 priority is to raise capital on good terms so we can develop and grow our assets as well as invest in new ventures. When and if this happens we will certainly inform our shareholders. In the meantime we will continue to communicate through our SEC filings each quarter or public press releases if the news item is extraordinary.
