Read again, I have never repeatedly stated R/S. I said a R/S is a very real possibility as GSCG would need to clean up the SS to attract investors, yes LAHO needs to be current. They also need to be current for many other reasons directly related to this transaction & $LAHO clearly is not. That is if this acquisition is even legitimate, the terms are very far fetched. Right now it looks like a share printing scheme for 2 crooked so called CEO's to make some extra money. Wash, rinse & repeat coming in the near future ?
