Preferds will be in trouble if nothing is planned this year for GSEs. Perhaps sitting on sideline with cash may no be a bad idea right now.
Its probably better to sit on the sidelines with cash and wait for solid good news than sit in the stock and take the daily beating we are taking now.

I am just being honest folks.
