One of the standard questions that an accounting partner asks a CEO during an audit is, “what keeps you up at night?”

I would love to have heard what Kim’s answer was. I would not doubt if his response was, “China!”

Well, my bad. That was silly of me. M&K doesn’t ASK any questions. They get paid to NOT ask them. (In all fairness to M&K, it’s not ALL their auditing partners that don’t ask questions... just half of them.)
