If it gets custodianship and Lazar finds a nice RM vehicle for it we could walk away with something. All I know is JB had done nothing at all except talk. Not even simple things like keeping NV SOS active. That doesnt cost much and thats also what has led to the custodianship attempt. Not to mention INNX is SEC delinquent so we are lucky it never got suspended. The SEC suspends hundreds of delinquent tickers every year and we are lucky they left this one alone or we would of walked away with nothing.
