Great question..... I do not know innx past, but I am quite familiar with lazar.... normally, lazar finds empty dead shells & legally takes control, gets them pink current & then attempts to find a r/m partner... he does not dilute... he issues himself shares & uses those shares as a vehicle to make transaction with new r/m partner nothing negative happens to current shareholders.... in fact, usually you go on a nice ride way upward in share price... you can choose to hold & hope for a sweet r/m and stock absolutely flippin soars...or you can play the catalysts Meaning... I'll explain in a later post
