I don’t think it’s a fraud. The patents are real. The furniture store is real. The products are real. My son and his wife have one of their bed in box products. The Asian Mfgrs are real. Basically the DD is solid. The Rotmans could be corrupt but why throw away all they have for the measly amt they get and risk litigation, and prosecution etc. just sell the store and walk away. This is a lot of effort to get literally nothing ... GL
