That was the point. It was conveniently left out. Hemp Inc was not involved in that wash/manipulate scam.

Has nothing to do with their business or their ongoing progress. That case is over 5 old, and more than just cannabis stocks were manipulated.

The point is, if someone wants to bring up this case to point out their are manipulators that will take any stock of choice, at least explain that those companies did not participate.

Otherwise, it appears to look like someone is aiming to make the company look like they were involved, WHICH ISN'T TRUE.

The WHOLE story, not the part that helps the dialogue. And no, the SEC press release is not as informative as the actual case filing, which wasn't not provided in the initial post; I had to supply for everyone's edification (for those unaware).
