Vortex Brands Co., was incorporated under the laws of the State of Colorado on May 6, 2000. In May 2014, the Company executed a licensing agreement with Innovative Sport Brands to market and sell product under the name Vortex. Our license agreement is exclusive throughout the world. Under the license agreement, the Company may sell tennis racquets and other tennis related products under the trademarked name of Vortex. The Company may not sell any other products that are in competition with Vortex without the written consent of Innovative Sport Brands. Under this exclusive license, the Company shall pay a royalty to Innovative Sport Brands for the products sold under the license agreement. The Company may sell other products under the name of Vortex subject to the written consent of Innovative Sport Brands. If the Company, brands a 3rd party product under the Vortex name the Company would pay Innovative Sport Brands a royalty under the license agreement. On June 1, 2014, the Company began selling product under the name Vortex. The sales consist of direc t to consumer through teaching pros and internet sales from www.vortextennis.com .



The Company currently focusing on sales in the Southern California area but has recruited teaching pros to sell its products throughout the United States. The Company currently has approximately 1 5-20 teaching pros selling the product.
