Truly believe that listing will happen
Keep in mind even though the price has slipped from possible stated valuations during a certain period of time that exceptions can be made by nasdaq at their discretion.
We all know that because of the 45 day news blackout that the share price was hurt.
Nasdaq also knows that the hit piece by H cause damage to the cmpy's share price.
These 2 items alone will weigh on NASDAQ to do the right thing.

Conditional listing will be the easiest solution

unless we trade above $3 for 5 days i believe or $4 for 1 day

powerful move today i assume based upon $1 billion business rumor . short covering, over sold condition and near term listing to NASDAQ and the beginning of new flow
