If it takes 5 years there is no value. That's 15 years of getting banged around. We're going to be entering a slow down because we believe there's gonna be one. Trump is getting crazier that even his supporters are not liking his BS. If it doesn't happen now we're screwed. Don't think preferreds are protected in anyway. And we'll counting on the courts look how well that happened. For sh*ts sake shit has been ruled unconstitutional and we're still layed out in this system that was forced in by the Bush presidency.
