Why go through all this trouble with DCGD just to merge another publicly traded company into the the shell? Makes no sense whatsoever.

*If* there is any relationship at all between MCTC and DCGD it would be that MCTC will be bought and moved into GRN Holdings. This makes much more sense but is still not likely IMHO.
