This PR is unrelated to DCGD's eventual merger partner(s), IMHO.

The PR simply says MCTC is in the MJ business, is renaming itself, and that Justin is an advisor. Justin advises many MJ companies, MCTC is just one.

How do people get "MCTC is merging into the DCGD shell" out of this PR? It neither states nor implies anything of the kind.
