Thanks for relaying your call to the board. It's a bit like waiting for a job offer; interest was expressed, the interview is done, final background/ reference checks being made... As the applicant, you know nothing more than that you should be hearing back from the company "soon". Could be tomorrow, it next week. A licensing deal is much more complicated than a job offer, so it takes longer. But Leo is correct that, at this point, it is now likely a matter of days or weeks.
