Great info! My question is, how is a fund like GBTC, which trades on both sides of the curtain going to be affected? As BTC rises and US dollar falls the price of GBTC would rise exponentially. More devalued dollars to buy more expensive bitcoins. At some theoretical point of transition away from local currencies to cryptos this fund would no longer be able to accept any paper currency to buy shares. Do all shareholders of record get paid out in bitcoin and we go on our way?
