U can plant year round in Texas, its kinda warm there if you haven't noticed. They can not plant until they get approved for a licence to grow by the state. This, they say will be open to get licence by fall. NOUV is not only located in Texas, they are also in NY and Canada according to PRs. I'm here for the long run, I don't listen or follow anybody, I have a mind of my own. I go on PRs and I really don't give 2 shots what anyone says about their PRs. In my opinion, PRs are from the company, and I sure the he'll trust them more than anyone on here. U think as u may, and I will do the same, the answer to your questions can only come from the company, not any body on this freaking board...lol really.
