Have the MMs ever gapped up a billion share structure ticker?

Now for some facts as it’s always important to compare:

Last filing date for WDIS = today.

Last filing date for TCE* = 2015 lol

Share structure for WDIS = 6MM+

Share structure for TCE* = 1.9B and staring straight in the face of a reverse split. Is that a B? Does this pig fly?
Oh and how many shares do the insiders have? Is that 10? I am crying laughing.

Also, since custodian plays might not be understood, I can show you what a pump and dump group play looks like with pictures. Let me know.
