Hemp Inc NOT named as Defendant in manipulation case

How about the FULL picture, shall we?; none of this pick-and-choose to fit "the dialogue".

Firstly, HEMP, INC., Bruce Perlowin, nor any other affiliate of the company or its subsidiaries were named as defendants in that old wash/manipulation case.

Just four rouge NOBODIES who made a BIG mistake and got caught. Good. Serves them right. Hopefully they have learned a lesson, and THANKFULLY, they won't be seen trading again.

The following are excerpts from the Aug 5 ,2014 SEC press release charging four promotors with manipulation of cannabis stocks

Only TWO of the stocks named in the case were actually involved in the CANNABIS industry (PHOT and HEMP)

This emergency action is brought to stop an ongoing market manipulation and
3 pump-and-dump scheme. The Defendants ? Mikhail Galas, Alexander Hawatmeh , Christopher
4 Mrowca and Tovy Pustovit ? acting in concert, engaged in manipulative trading techniques such
5 as wash trading and matched orders in order to artificially inflate the stock prices of numerous
6 thinly-traded microcap companies, including ISM International, Inc. (“ISML”), Allied Products,
7 Corp. (“ADPC”), Aden Solutions, Inc. (“ADSU”); GrowLife, Inc. (“PHOT”); Hemp, Inc.
8 (“HEMP”); and Riverdale Oil and Gas Corporation (“RVDO”).

Other schemes by these four promoters involved an oil-and-gas company – Riverdale Oil and Gas Corporation – and three other microcap stocks, ISM International, Allied Products Corp, and Aden Solutions.

Yes, manipulators are out there, SADLY, and justice will be SERVED, and perpetrators will SUFFER the consequences, ON JUNIOR SIZED COTS!

LOCKED UP, COLD, AND DARK CELLS WITH IRON BARS.... FOR YEARS.


And "thinly traded".... hmmmm, when a company is trading in the HUNDREDS of MILLIONS in volume and in the amount of TENS OF MILLIONS in market cap, I say these tirds found HEMP to be an EASY TARGET. It was a hot market, and they could run their dirty wash scheme behind market runs once the market got hot.

I don't know squat about those other companies, except PHOT, as I did hold a decent position BEFORE and AFTER they went skull and cross bones. Luckily, I was able to sell on the greys at cost basis. I got lucky, because I got in early at a low price. But why those guys chose PHOT, probably for the same reason of its high volume in a hot market, and it probably has nothing to do with why PHOT was pulled unexpectedly (honestly, no one really knows why... SEC surprised a lot of people), but lo and behold PHOT somehow made it back (even though EVERYONE said it was a death sentence... hmmm). Full disclosure, I no longer hold PHOT, and I've stuck with the more reputable companies, like HEMP INC.


Anywho, below is the FULL complaint filed against those scum manipulators, SANS HEMP INC, Bruce, and any subsidiary or affiliate.

Hemp Inc had nothing to do with that, and Bruce has publicly stated such on multiple occasions.
