No joke. The deal is NOT DEAD!!! I just called Leo at his extension and he answered letting me know that they are still in negotiations during this quiet period. And that he is uncertain whether this will take days or weeks, as it takes two parties to make a deal. But he reassured me saying that they still want to make the deal happen. He understands that investors are frustrated with no press release but they are planning on releasing something shortly even though they are primarily working on making this deal happen. Everybody can call for themselves. I thought I was about to leave a voicemail after he mentioned his name on a answering machine, but then it starts ringing and he actually picked up. Stay positive investors!
