if it closes the gap at .11

Never fully understood the "gap" that needs to be closed. We were at $0.50. From $0.50 there was a necessity to close gaps at .11? I've never really followed this closing the gap issue but would love to better understand it. Why is it necessary? What happens if they don't "close"?

With 27 million shares traded and the share price getting pummeled, could Kim be diluting today, in advance of sharing news, driving the share price back up? Maybe he decided the idea of releasing news that might cause some heartburn (ie RS authorization) being paired with good news (phase 2 approval) didn't work so he's opted to try a different approach, letting the SP take a hit now with news to come after that will hopefully run back up without being slowed down by simultaneous dilution?

Or we are just getting pounded by traders and "weak hands" losing faith. I'm sure Bob is thrilled to have them out of the way!
