There have been several OTC stocks alleging the same "business plan", some even "packaging outdoor land". Won't work, and anyone in the Biz knows that's true--and why.

Now the question is are there enough causal investors to throw money at a "sounds good" deal with no DD to move the needle? If so the ONLY people who ever make out are the people holding the cards, controlling the stock, controlling the company.
