Read the DD it is not the company they paid off the debt in full ahead of time! It is panic selling by day traders we have seen it since $8.00 days back. When VISL turns back up it should run insane ahead. Not sure if it will take a couple days etc. but we should be back over $3.00 soon IMO. With the contract news and the SS we should not be trading anywhere below $5.00 to $10.00. The warrants are at $5.00.
