Definition of a scam..... a dishonest scheme; a fraud.

CELZ has issued notes to fund the commercialization of the products they offer. Those shares are able to be sold back into the market based on the conditions agreed to at the time of the note being issued.

It’s all in black and white.

CELZ is NOT a scam. It is a start up biotech company doing what EVERY other start up company has done.

Calling it a scam is highly disingenuous
