I already explained the shady side of GSCG and LAHO in previous post.

We ALL saw the dilution that started IMMEDIATELY after the PR.
We can all see the debt on the books.
We can all see how they are not replying to any investor and throws all calls to an answering service now.
Not one single update since the PR.

GSCG might also hope this is coming, but I think LANS did everything they needed to do to sell those BILLIONS of shares killing the SS.

Without a R/S this thing can't barely even move. So if the Gods touch this LOI and make it one of the lucky 1% you still have that to worry about.
