And regarding R/S, why do you think they chose NOT to do it last time and keep Nasdaq compliance?

They hadn’t CHOSEN not to do a R/S last time. You see their backs were against the wall. They could do another R/S and burn the retail following they had built through the seeming falsehoods of 127 million reservations or choose not to do one and LOSE (NOT KEEP) their NASDAQ compliance. As they are in the OTC market and NOT the big board they chose to save face and tell a whopping story about how they were doing it for the little guy. It was for their investors. Truth is (which they failed to tell) is they lost their Institutional Investors the moment they went to the OTC markets. Best of all, they couldn't get (one) the needed funding to keep their shareholder equity and had to delist and (two) couldn’t get their retail investors to agree to raise the Authorized Shares which they would have used for the next round of dilution. So as we sit here, they are screwed. Everything they have shared in the monthly CC updates is some truths stretched to their limits with legal disclaimers which give them the out they need when they fail. It’s coming, and soon.
