The property I listed in an earlier post could be the extra 45,500 SF that was listed in the Press Release yesterday. The warehouse listing states that it is 48,000 SF. It is possible that the 2500 SF recently listed in the last 10q was subletted, The agreement in the 48,000 SF warehouse that I listed has an option of RELETTING, This makes sense, in case there is a situation to whereas CVSI is acquired. If the acquirer wanted to keep the facilities, it could be used on a regional basis, since the state of California is such a big market or it can be relet.

Reletting a Rental Property

A landlord relets a property by having a new tenant sign an entirely new lease, thus voiding the original lease (and releasing the original tenant from his or her obligations). Thus, the relet to another tenant constitutes an entirely new contractual relationship.

ITEM 2. PROPERTIES
As of December 31, 2018, our primary facility consists of approximately 30,000 square feet of leased office, laboratory and warehouse space located in San Diego, California, which is leased through January 2026 and used by both of our business segments.

We lease an additional facility in San Diego related to our distribution activities that cover an aggregate of approximately 2,500 square feet, which is leased through March 2021.

In addition, we lease an office facility in Las Vegas on a month-to-month basis. We believe that our existing facilities are suitable but we may require additional space to accommodate our growing organization. We believe such space will be available on commercially reasonable terms.

Earlier this year a relabeling cbd producer purchased this property.
