This may have been a good tactic when PV was still the CEO, but considering the pr this morning on his departure from the CEO position I would now urge you to hold off on trying to force Mr. Sulja to release the AF's for at least until after the 27th of November. This will give him time to get his feet on the ground and his head back in the game. If the AF's are complete (whether good or bad) a short delay should not hurt the pps (IMO). If the AF's are bogus or non existent then half the people on this board will need to be placed on suicide watch. I would urge you to error on the side of caution.
