DC remember permian producers can only burn off a certain percentage of nat gas before they must stop pumping oil. this deal has huge implications on each side of the border. Anyone wanting to use our pipeline will pay a huge premium so that they can pump gas. Nat gas is a by product( pain in the ass).... Sometimes we forget, power outages are frequent in mexico due to shortages of nat gas. The mexican govt is currently switching from coal fired electric plants to nat gas but have no way ensure steady supply of nat gas..Now MRGE steps in, with almost two decades of contacts and experience in nat gas storage in mexico, and the new regime mandating 5bcm of storage before 2024, and Mirage Energy Corp winning the auction process for the Brasil field( over the energy giants and I doubt that will actually be the real name of the field) and we dont have a done deal? Come on now!!
Pemex has issues with trans canada,BP and shell !!
Now pemex comes out and says we are going to ensure constant energy prices to the people of mexico, no power outages will occur, and we will incorporate private entities into this process to ensure prosperity to the mexican people ..This is gonna happen, It a matter of when!!
