Ah OK I wasn't aware of the WA law. That post by MAKATIBUGATTI (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=149776269) should be stickied!

That does mean GRN Funds becomes a subsidiary of GRN Holdings. The question then becomes "why do it?" Is it only to make GRN Funds in effect publicly traded? Or are there other plans for the holding company?
