Then why the incorporation and registration of GRN Holdings? That's the puzzle piece that doesn't fit any other way, assuming it is actually related.

I suppose it *could* be some random, unrelated event but that seems an unlikely coincidence.

If GRN Holdings is the merging company then is possible GRN Funds will move into GRN Holdings as a subsidiary, and who knows what else.
