HWYI worth atleast $1 on Opticom spinoff alone: Holders of HWYI get 1 share of Opticom for every 2 shares of HWYI on 12/19. In the 10/23 PR, HWYI states Opticom will open between $2 and $4 (valuing it at approx $84mm). So based on that, HWYI worth $1-$2 on Opticom value, not including Diabetes Detections value.
