I have received several PM's regarding the billing of my insurance for my recent allergy test.  To hopefully answer your questions I had the first test done in Las Vegas.  The office manager at the Las Vegas clinic told me that Patient Data Solutions would be billing my insurance. I have an email from the office manager stating that.  The office closed, out of business the following day.  Their web sites shut down.  Since I was charged $110 for the test and result interpretation and I have been unable to get an interpretation I am curious what was my insurance charged?  I called my insurance company and they have not received anything from the local clinic or Patient Data Solutions.  I have tried calling Patient Data Solutions since I can not talk to anyone at the local office.  I have left messages since nobody ever answers.  I have tried calling Arrayit since PDS does not return calls and have left messages.  Nobody has returned any calls.  I have left messages for Leora (the physician name on the Arrayit report, I have left messages at the general mailbox for Arrayit and I have left messages with both Mark and Rene. I have emailed Arrayit as well as PDS.  No response.  My question is how much did the test cost?  Who is receiving the money?  How long does it take from time of service to billing to receipt of money?  This all affects the financials of the company and the transparency of the company.  I might not have all the answers you are seeking  but I hope this answers most of your questions. My research is taking me in different directions now.  I have been advised to keep my big mouth shut on this subject at this time.  I'm moving in a different direction now with this company.
