also, until a R/S which at this point is very very very unlikely, impossibly for the share price to go down further until BK or say ballas sells and somehow doesn't transfer the stock con artists style which is much more likely

Smokey once commented as to why ballas as he dumps doesn't want to to 0/1, and why the few times it happened we recovered and went back to 1/2 by close.

if you stay 0/1 for more than a certain period of time (I believe it was 2 weeks) you get on a forbes watchlist. The SEC/OTC folks then take an even bigger notice of said stock sitting there at 0/1
