Filings are not news. What’s the direction of the company? How about all the wrong OS’s being passed around.

Do you get happy when you register your car? It’s something you are supposed to do, just like a company is supposed to file their financials as a public company.

Daily drop is for a reason. IMO, .01 will hit before a run does. But let’s see...
