Looks that way....Holding company is a homerun imho.

With a holding company Justin can just keep adding more and more deals into the holding company over time. So it wont be a one and done merger.

DCGD could become the gift that keeps on growing as Justin rolls all his ready to go deals into DCGD one after the other. A setup like this will generate multiple PRs as each deal.is rolled in to DCGD
