It appears this deal has fallen apart. Received a forwarded email from Alan that says they are no longer doing any business with ZMRK. I have posted here in the past but forgot my login.

This being a mini mar stock this does not surprise me at all. They are known to do this type of pump and dump. I was told the zmrk shell is too convoluted and too many red flags for AERO and they will try with a different shell.
