Has anyone had success in communicating with this company? Their website has a "Contact Us" section with and "Investor Relations" subcategory. Yet, there is no communication to inquiries, even the most basic questions go unanswered - Is the company still in business? What is the outstanding share count? Is the company looking into appointing a new board member as it has been over six months since the company raised that issue? Does the company have three officers? Aside from the officers, how many employees does the company have and what are their responsibilities? Is he office space currently being used and if so, for what purpose? If the office space is not being used, will the company be subletting the space and have such efforts already been undertaken? Is the 2018 term sheet still in effect? If they are not going to respond, simply modify the website and delete the "Contact Us" portion.
