The post I am replying to was missing the table below.

Let me restate what could have happened in Q3 in terms of new shares entering the trading:

a. 250 mil filling the gap between float and OS at the end of Q2.

b. 256 mil for past due notes of $128,000

c. 110 mil for the note matured on 7/2

That is a total of 616 million shares out of 2.073 billion shares traded, or 30% of shares traded.

The above should put the OS at 3.9 billion shares, and should leave only $80,000 in notes payable with maturity date in March, 2020.

ONCI now is an open book with all financial information out in the open. The market cap in FY2019 went down by 80% to 1.95 million dollars, assuming 3.9 bil in OS and a PPS of 0.0005.

Can it get any cheaper than that?
