Perhaps you think B Riley doesn’t give downgrades since they recently initiated Spectrum Pharma with a Buy rating and $18 (114% upside) and at this moment w a SP of $7.84 that's a 130% upside)? Well, I see on today’s news feed that one of my stocks on a watch list got downgraded by them

Adamis Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ:ADMP) downgraded to Sell with a $1.10 (25% downside risk) price target at B. Riley FBR. Shares down 4% premarket.

Kindred Biosciences (NASDAQ:KIN) downgraded to Neutral with an $8.50 (9% upside price target at B. Riley FBR.

So the point is that they really do think Spectrum has a 100% upside. And of course, some posters on this board (not mentioning any name(s) :)) think they have an upside much more than that...once Spectrum starts executing :(
