It will RS again don't worry. Note holding with nothing to show for it, took money from toxic creditors and in return they diluted the stock to get paid back with profit. The guy isn't buying anything, he is toying with your money. He will sign a 3 month lease every now and then to give you hope, whether it be a piece of open land or a used warehouse. I've seen him say "new plant" at 4 different locations now in the past 3 years. The best was claiming to be building and someone here checked it out personally and it wasn't even his! This guy is on his last wind retiring with your money, no intentions on creating a real company.
