You speak of financing but Geert has already told shareholders he has enough cash to last till Q1 2020. So knowing that I highly doubt your prediction financing in August. If they do need to raise cash it will be small just to get them to 298 event which is less than 6 months away and will not effect stock PPS or any August momentum.

Is your August financing predicted in that short playbook i keep hearing about lol ? shorts will be wrong if that's the reason they want to play Russian roulette and wait to cover. someone should tell Geert to do some small outside financing to give them a little cash to get them to Q2 2020 if they even need to so that the stock offering will be much better.
